Clients are responsible for verifying all physical and legal details through independent site visits and official land searches.

3. Payment Plans and Default

Where a client enters into a structured payment agreement:

• Payments must be made strictly according to the agreed-upon schedule.
• Failure to remit payment for two (2) consecutive installments may be treated as a material breach of contract.
• The Company reserves the right to resell properties should a client default on payment terms without a formal written request for an extension.

4. Limitation of Liability

Keypekee Land Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of property. The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the direct contractual obligations specifically outlined in a signed Sale Agreement.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

6. Right to Modify

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at its sole discretion. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
